Human Resources Manager

We are currently seeking a strategic and hands-on Human Resources Manager to lead HR functions and champion a positive workplace culture.

The Role

As the HR Manager, you will serve as a trusted advisor to leadership and the primary point of contact for employees. You will bridge the gap between business operations and human resources by driving talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for all levels.
  • Partner with department heads to identify hiring needs and develop compelling job descriptions.
  • Oversee a seamless onboarding and orientation experience for all new hires.

Employee Relations & Culture

  • Serve as the primary resource for employee inquiries, conflict resolution, and grievance investigations.
  • Coach managers on performance feedback, corrective action plans, and disciplinary procedures.
  • Lead employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and workplace culture surveys.

Compliance & Policy Management

  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, including FMLA, ADA, and EEO requirements.
  • Develop, implement, and regularly update company policies and the employee handbook.

Compensation & Benefits Administration

  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, PTO tracking, and open enrollment.
  • Facilitate annual performance reviews and compensation planning cycles.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5–7 years of progressive human resources experience, including at least 2 years in a management role.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Certifications: SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certifications are highly preferred.
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills with a high level of emotional intelligence and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
