Active Staffing Resources is currently hiring Customer Service Representatives for immediate openings with reputable companies throughout the Philadelphia, PA area. We are seeking friendly, professional, and detail-oriented individuals who are passionate about providing outstanding customer service. Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer calls, emails, and online inquiries in a professional manner.
- Assist customers with orders, account information, product questions, and issue resolution.
- Process orders, returns, and customer requests accurately.
- Enter and update customer information in company databases.
- Resolve customer concerns while maintaining a positive customer experience.
- Communicate effectively with internal departments to ensure timely service.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
- Meet company productivity and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Previous customer service, call center, or administrative experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and data entry.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional demeanor with strong problem-solving skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Reliable attendance and dependable transportation.
